RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Twenty-three year veteran of the City of Miami Police Department, including eighteen years in the Traffic Division including motorcycle officer, accident investigation, DUI Task Force (1983-1985 and 1987-1988).
Established the Alcohol Testing Program for the City of Miami, and assisted with the DRE Program. Re-designed the forms that are used in processing o f DUI’S. Composed along with J Greenfield of the State Attorneys Office the Implied Consent that is used in Dade County.
